As the 4th of July approaches, it brings back memories of our childhoods and the time we would spend with our families. Growing up in Kentucky, Scott’s holiday was filled with cookouts and playing softball at family get togethers. Melissa’s thoughts went right back to the smell of those snake fireworks her family would light in the driveway, catching fireflies, or heading into center city Philadelphia to watch the large fireworks display at Penns Landing.
Even now as we are older, we still get excited by sparklers and love when they are incorporated into the end of a wedding event. Sparkler exits at weddings have become fairly common, but we still love the glow of the light on our couple’s face as they make their exit. We also have had a few couples that have gone even further and ended their evening with a fireworks show for their friends and families and to enjoy before making their final exit for their honeymoon. As much as we love this trend, it is important to remember that with anytime you choose to use any type of firework, please make sure you are taking precautions to ensure yours and your guests safety.
Here is a look back at a few of our favorite sparker and firework exits from our past weddings and events.
