Today we are taking a look back at theJulie and Aaron Sea Island wedding at the Cloister at Sea Island. Our day started with our couple as their families and wedding party arrived for their rehearsal at the Cloister Chapel before treated their guests to a welcome dinner on the gorgeous Black Banks Terrace of overlooking the marsh and the river. Guests enjoyed a meal of southern classics that blended their love of the low country and their Louisiana roots.
The following day, we met Julie in the Black Banks parlor at the Cloister during her hair and makeup preparations provided the wonderful team at Kimberly’s Back Porch. Julie wore a stunning beaded gown with cap sleeves paired with the beautiful earrings that Aaron gifted her that matches her unique engagement ring. Their first look took place in the aisle of the chapel followed by a quick trip over to the Avenue of the Oaks by the Lodge at Sea Island, a stunning location for photos with the large live oaks. Julie and Aaron were married in the chapel on the grounds of the Cloister followed by a wonderful reception in the Clubroom with entertainment provided by Papa Sol, a band we have had the pleasure of working with a number of times and they never disappoint. Before Julie and Aaron’s fountain sparkler send off, our couple and their guests enjoyed a fireworks show to cap off a wonderful wedding day. Here is a recap of their Sea Island wedding photography!
