We loved getting the chance to meet with Ashley and Chris for their Hilton Head Island engagement photos. It was also particularly special to get the chance to photograph their session because Chris was getting deployed overseas just a few weeks after this session.
During our engagement session with Ashley and Chris, we chose to venture off into some spots around Sea Pines and sections of Hilton Head that we had not had the chance to explore before. We were fortunate to have a beautifully sunny day on our hands so it really allowed us to play with the light in the woods and explore the shadows created with the grand oak trees. After Sea Pines, we ventured over to a nearby dock where we grabbed some photos before a specular sunset over the river. We are so excited for their wedding next summer on Hilton Head!
