Wedding at Haig Point | Lauren and Matt

We had such a lovely time documenting Lauren and Matt’s wedding at Haig Point on Daufuskie Island. Preparations for the wedding took place at Lauren’s family home on the island. Lauren chose a beautiful sheath wedding gown to wear paired with a stunning ring that had originally belonged to Matt’s grandmother while Matt wore a custom suit that even had the wedding date stitched in the collar, a perfect touch.  Lauren and Matt’s wedding ceremony took place at the lighthouse overlooking the Calibogue Sound. After the ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and a few games of corn hole at the fountain before walking over to the old tabby ruins for the reception, which took place under a stunning tent. Everyone in attendance had a night to remember on the dance floor thanks to the Atlanta Rhythm and Groove. Congratulations Lauren and Matt!
