We had such an incredible time spending the weekend at the Cloister for Becca and Colt’s Sea Island wedding! This wedding was originally supposed to take place in September, but unfortunately Hurricane Irma swept through the Golden Isles and closed town most of the coast. We were so excited that we were still available to photograph their “wedding redo” and were so happy that they were able to finally get the wedding experience their had originally planned. Melissa met with Becca in the Black Banks Parlor at the Cloister during her hair and makeup preparations while the groom and this brother took some time to relax and enjoy watching some football in their suite at the Cloister. Their wedding ceremony took place in the chapel on the grounds of the Cloister followed by a stunning reception in the Spanish Lounge. A string quartet provided the entertainment for the evening and the music for the first dance and the dances between the bride and groom and their parents. Guests enjoyed an amazing meal full of the bride and groom’s favorite foods followed by cake and desserts. Our bride and groom exited their reception showered with flower petals and off to enjoy the rest of their evening with their families. Here is a sneak peek of their Sea Island wedding!
