Telfair Academy Wedding in Savannah | Michelle and Justin

Scott and I had the pleasure of photographing Michelle and Justin’s Telfair Academy wedding here in downtown Savannah. Preparations for the bride and groom both took place in 109 West, a wonderful rental home and carriage house on Liberty Street.  Heather of Beyond Beautiful by Heather did a fabulous job doing the hair and makeup for our bride as the team from Eye Do Hair & Make-Up did a equally spectacular job of creating wedding day looks for Michelle’s bridesmaids.  Michelle chose a customized long sleeved lace gown that was perfect for this southern wedding.

Michelle and Justin’s Savannah wedding ceremony took place at the Whitfield Chapel on the campus of Bethesda Academy. After the ceremony, guests were treated to snacks and drinks for their historic trolley tour before arriving to cocktails at the Telfair Academy. The reception space looked beautiful thanks to the team of Ashley and Crystal of Posh Petals and Pearls and A to Zinnias.   Guests spent the rest of the evening dancing to the music of the Java Band and dinner provided by Cape Creations. Congratulations Michelle and Justin!
