Westin Hilton Head Island Wedding | Leigh Ann and Michael

Scott and I had the pleasure of photographing Leigh Ann and Michael’s Hilton Head Island wedding last weekend at the fabulous Westin Hilton Head Island Resort and Spa. After having the opportunity to meet our couple last summer during their engagement session in Sea Pines, we knew that their wedding was going to be a really fun evening.

Our couple was married overlooking the Atlantic Ocean on a warm Saturday afternoon in front of their close family and friends. After a beautiful ceremony on the deck of the Westin, guests enjoyed cocktails at the resort’s koi pond followed by a reception at the oceanfront pavilion. The pavilion space was decorated perfectly for this beach wedding with pastel hanging lanterns and floral arrangements designed by the groom’s aunt. After heartfelt toasts from the best man, maid of honor and father of the bride, guests hit the dance floor with Dj Alan providing the entertainment for the evening. The guests really got into the music and a number of them grabbed and microphone and sang their hearts out on the dance floor.
